Show Time for Automated Production and Assembly
The complementary, dual, processing chain is being presented in the best condition more than seven weeks before beginning the 35th Motek exhibition and the 10th Bondexpo that is being held in parallel with it, which are respectively the international trade-fairs for automated production and assembly as well as bonding technology (Hall plan, MOTEK 2016)!
The current level of bookings for Motek is more than 900 exhibitors and about 100 more business enterprises and suppliers have registered for the Bondexpo, according to Mr. Rainer Bachert, who is the project manager for Motek and Bondexpo. As a result, Motek and Bondexpo are also the world's largest display that will be held in 2016 of technologies, products, assemblies, systems and sub-systems for automated production, as well complete machines for versatilely assembling large batches of numerous components in a flexible way!
The exhibitors at the 2016 session come from 27 nations: there by ensuring an outstanding presentation of the ranges of products and services that are currently available from all of the relevant industrialized countries and respective emerging countries.
The international trade world is expecting the Bondexpo's (Hall plan, MOTEK 2016) exhibitors to offer a plethora of information, communicational facilities and business contacts at the highest level, regarding the partly and fully automated assembly of automotive parts, industrial parts, parts for medical instruments and consumer goods, flexible stand-alone assembly spaces, or partly to fully integrated solutions for assembly; with all of the processing stages like jointing and connecting, testing and final inspection, precision engineering and micro-engineering, as well as practical bonding and connecting technology. Finally, there will be a comprehensive range of basic talks and conferences!
Motek's two strengths lie in presenting all of the components and assemblies for automated production and engineering on the one hand, as well as introducing the dockable or integrable partial or sub-systems and solutions for turn-key assembly on the other hand. As a result, Motek reflects those structures of production, automation and communication in a practical way which are orientated to the Industry 4.0 standard and it has become one of the Industry 4.0 (Hall plan, MOTEK 2016) standard's motors for global production networks in this way. In addition, about 150 manufacturers (who are listed in the new, special, xpertgate trade-fair guide to the exhibitors) will be demonstrating their robots, assembly machines and special machines, as well as their integrated, robotic, systematic solutions on the stands in the halls; which will be more than merely a large show of robotically supported solutions. They will also review the possible applications of modern robotic and handling technology for efficiently automating the production and assembly.
Motek and Bondexpo offer a package of information and communication to a hitherto unknown extent: they will be accompanied by an adequate, basic range of talks such as the Industry 4.0's Arena of Integration presented by Baden-Württemberg's State Network of Mechatronics, the Digitalisation@Automation Forum that will be held on the Community Stand, the VDI meeting about the subjects of digitalization and 'span data', the Exhibitors' Forum, as well as the Bondexpo's conference about the complex subjects of bonding, insulating, jointing and connecting in lightweight construction!
